It looked coolish outside so just in case I added a camisole, gray woollen jumper, purple suede jacket all done up and with the collar turned up. I added a chic thick spikey grey scarf of mum's. I was also wearing black velvet pants and sneakers.... I thought Id walk for about an hour....to some local stores and back - get some fresh air and blow away the cobwebs ( so to speak)
It seemed like a good idea at the time!
I made it to the store at the petrol station 5 minutes from here... I SHIVERED there and all the way home.
I hurried back and came in, then up here at a remarkably rapid pace..... I have turned on the heater and am wondering if I ought to put on a hat...
its 12 or something - the weather report on TV is saying today was between about 12 - 14 all day..zero in the mountains. Labels: Thursday |
